- Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Doctor appointments are Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 11:40 AM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM
- Morning surgical dropoffs are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 8:15 AM

We accept payment in cash, as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Payment is expected in full at the time that services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
